Narrow Spectrum Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at narrowspectrum.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We've written it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this site. That includes:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business or company name (optional)
  • Details about your project — services interest, budget range, timeline, and project description
  • How you heard about us (optional)

We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or build profiles over time.

How we use it

The information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether we're a good fit for your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Running this site involves a small number of trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy practices:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — We use Cloudflare's bot-detection widget on the contact form to prevent spam. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals to determine whether you're a human. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Resend — Contact form submissions are delivered to us via Resend, an email delivery service. Your submission data passes through their infrastructure for that purpose only. See Resend's privacy policy.
  • Vercel Analytics — We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. See Vercel's analytics privacy policy.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed because we don't set cookies that require one.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions in our email inbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our client relationships. If you'd like your information removed, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request that we delete it, and opt out of any sale of your information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
